All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number to monitor your package's transit status in real-time until it arrives at your designated address. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate during checkout, as TSHOP cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return any unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is found to be defective or incorrect. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number.
